Ordering in advance is not required but if you want to save time then call and pay with a credit card. We will select a pig within five pounds of your request and have it ready.

Availability is never an issue. We always have several hundred pigs to choose from ranging from 70 to 400 pounds. If you need something smaller or larger just ask.

We will do all the work and provide the bags. It is recommended to bring an ice chest and ice.
